Política de prestação de serviço
Services are provided based on the specific needs, scope and objectives of each client. Before starting an engagement, Vippi defines the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline and applicable fees in a written proposal and/or service agreement. Services may include corporate structuring, local representation, operational coordination, governance and other business support related to establishing and operating in Brazil. Timelines may depend on client documentation, public authorities, financial institutions and other third parties.
Política de reembolso
Refund conditions are defined according to the nature and stage of each engagement. Fees related to services already performed, implementation activities, third-party costs, government fees or expenses already incurred are generally non-refundable. Any applicable refund will be assessed in accordance with the specific proposal and/or service agreement executed with the client.
Política de cancelamento
Cancellation and termination conditions are defined in the applicable proposal and/or service agreement. Clients may request the termination of services in writing, subject to any notice period, outstanding obligations, services already performed and costs already incurred. Vippi will coordinate the transition or closure of ongoing activities in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and applicable requirements.
